Cē Ācatl was a ruler or a God for the Toltecs in valley of México.
There is a lot of we can talk about Cē Ācatl but the most important concept of it is that after living in Mexico Ce Ācatl, went to live among other cultures like the Pipils where he founded the city of Cuzcatlan, what is known today as El Salvador. We are trying to connect our cultures and countries with our wines.
It’s very important for us to be connected to our roots and to our own story.
Cesar Reyes has been making wine for more than two decades in Sonoma County.
In 2018 he came to work to Vallle de Guadalupe with different wineries helping to solve different problems in wine.
Cesar started to work with his own wine in 2018 when he saw different wines around the Valley of Guadalupe .2020 was a year not recommended to launch your own wine label. We had our wine bottled in 2020 so our wines were stored for at least one year in the bottle.
